Bala is a Fractional C level executive advising multiple startups and large enterprises in AI strategy and implementation. He is Chief Technology Officer at 99ravens.ai , Chief Data Officer at CardeaHealth.io, Mantis ai, LoyaltyIT.com and advisor in multiple public listed firms in Retail and real estate domains. Prior to this, Bala was the Chief Data Officer and intrapraneur at Pelmorex (TheWeatherNetwork) where he led AI solutions @ scale in Weather/ Consumer insights, AdTech/ Retail in B2B/B2C and building businesses from scratch in the AI space.
Bala has a Master’s of Science in Computer Engineering from The University of Alabama, and an MBA from Ivey Business School. Prior to Pelmorex, Balalead engineering and software teams at Johnson Controls (Fortune 100) and Eutech Cybernetics which was rated by Gartner as one of the cool companies in smart city solutions.
