David Gloyn-Cox

David Gloyn-Cox is a Vancouver-based Enterprise Architect and AI strategist working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, data governance, and responsible AI. He is a Director on the DAMA Vancouver board and an active contributor to BC+AI’s Ethics and Life Sciences groups. A frequent speaker and panel chair, David has keynoted on AI governance at Google DevFest Surrey and chaired panels at Big Data and Analytics West. He develops frameworks on enterprise architecture maturity, capability-based planning, and AI governance, and advises leadership teams on adopting AI safely in regulated and high-stakes environments.
