His teams support end-to-end operational value streams and have delivered hundreds of millions in measurable business value, starting with a budget under $100K and a $13-per-month Power Bi license.

Born in Argentina and relocating to Canada as a teenager without speaking English, Luciano learned early that results follow mindset before anything else. That belief became his leadership framework: mindset first, then people, then structure, then AI.
