Ray Kong is an experienced data driven marketer with 30 years of experience in both consulting and at the executive level of major Canadian corporate institutions. Informed by domestic and international experience, he has worked with organizations, both corporate, small and not-for profit, in strategy, customer experience, brand, marketing, measurement, operational improvement and data analytics work. In his current role at Arima, he evangelizes, pioneers and operationalizes the use of Arima’s Synthetic Society data with clients.
Ray is a published academic author and teaches in the Faculty of Graduate Studies Master of Science in Management Practice program at York University. He has a BSc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from York University in Toronto.
