Simon started his career in biostatistics, then moved to CIBC where he was working as a Director in Fraud Analytics, leading a team of data scientists leveraging AI/ML techniques mitigating fraud risk for the bank. Simon is also a renowned educator and thought leader in the AI space. He has delivered lectures in multiple Canadian University Analytics programs and mentored many students working in different industries.
